The beginning of wisdom is the application of knowledge
My name is Morris Fisher. I am a 68 years old Canadian and live in the province of Alberta just a few miles north of Calgary the home of the 1988 Olympics. I also live on the banks of the Red Deer River in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains close to Banff National Park. To me this is the most beautiful place in the world. I have done many things in my life. I have caddied for the rich and famous at Jasper Park golf course, served in the navy and some truck driving as well. Other things that I have done are owned a cab company was a hotel manager in Trinidad, sold real estate and a land developer as well. I was also involved in kids camping for about 30 years. I have had a lot of health challenges in my life and would like to share with you what I have learned about the care of my body for that is all we have. For if we are to enjoy health and wellness that is the only resource we have. So come along for the ride.
